Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) HOME-ARP Program
The City of Goldsboro’s Community Relations & Development Department announces the availability of funds under the City’s HOME-ARP Homelessness funding for qualified owners and/or developers and local agencies to submit proposals for the new construction or acquisition and/or rehabilitation of Non-Congregate Shelter and to provide Supportive Services. The Non-Congregate Shelter & Supportive Services assisted with City funds can only serve HUD’s Qualifying Homeless Populations. Funds are available from the: Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Home Investment Partnership American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) grant.
RFP-Application Submission Requirements: Applications for funding must be submitted via our online Bid Listings Portal.
