CDBG Homeowner Rehabilitation
The Community Relations & Development Department announces the open application for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation. Assistance is available to eligible low-to-moderate income homeowners who are currently occupying their residences. Eligible residents will be assisted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Assistance will be provided until funds are exhausted.
Applications and supporting documentation are available online or in person. To obtain an application in person, please visit City Hall at 200 N. Center Street, Goldsboro, NC 27530, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
