Due to the discontinuation of the penny by the Federal Reserve, the City is requiring exact change for cash payments made at City Hall in Revenue Collections. Effective immediately, if exact change is not provided, cash totals will be rounded up to the nearest nickel. Customers have the option to carry a balance forward by asking to round down or ask for a credit by rounding up.
