TC Coley Community Center and Herman Park Administrative Building are currently closed to the public. In the meantime, if you need assistance with park rentals, paying for programs in person, or general questions concerning our department – please contact WA Foster Center at 919-734-4164, or in person at 1012 S. John Street.
