Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Goldsboro City Council may be present for the Annual Opioid Settlement meeting with the Wayne County Commissioners on November 4, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Maxwell Center, located at 3114-A Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, North Carolina.
