NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WITH VIRTUAL FEEDBACK OPTION
HOME-ARP ALLOCATION PLAN
NOVEMBER 21, 2022 – 7:00PM
The City of Goldsboro is in the process of preparing its HOME-ARP Allocation Plan to allocate $907K in federal funding to eligible activities surrounding housing and homelessness.
Eligible activities under the HOME-ARP program include;
- Supportive Services
- Non-Congregate Shelter
- Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA)
- Affordable Rental Housing
Qualifying populations include;
- Persons experiencing homelessness
- Those at risk of homelessness
- Those fleeing or attempting to flee violence or human trafficking
- Veterans and other persons at greatest risk of housing instability
The public hearing will provide an opportunity to view and provide comments on the proposed Goldsboro HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. Information regarding the plan is available online. The hearing will take place at 7:00 p.m. Monday, November 21, 2022, in the Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall:

There will be a virtual feedback form released on November 21 and open through December 5 for those unable to attend the in-person public hearing.
