- The Water Department is where you pay your utility bill, miscellaneous bill, business license bill, assessment statements, parking tickets, and other assessed fees.
- The Water Department is located in the City Hall Addition, past the Information Desk and to the right, around the corner. You do not need to sign in if you are going to the Water Department.
New residential accounts are established in person at the Water Department, 200 North Center Street, City Hall Addition. You will need a driver’s license or other picture identification and printed proof of a social security number. We also require a copy of a lease agreement. You will be required to pay a $100.00 deposit at the time of application. When your application has been processed, your water account will be activated by the next business day. If you have an outstanding water bill, you must pay this and a $100 water deposit.
We do not accept payments over the phone.
